If you cancel your appoinment with less than 24 hours notice - a deposit will be required to re book any future bookings

“No shows” will require to pre pay in full for any future bookings

Infills are when you have 50% of lashes or more remaining. Please do not attend your appointment for an infill if you have less than this, or even non, and expect a full set. My diary is managed based on the treatment you book initially and I will have to turn you away and book as a new appointment. The cost of the infill will still be due also as this has cost me time

Btx reviews are just that, a review, to see if any tweaks are needed. They are not a top up, are not included in the cost and are not “owed” to you. You will have a review and have it if needed. It will not be given for the sake of it. I do this out of my pocket out of courtesy

 

Lateness - I allow a 10 minute grace period for lateness, anything past this we will have to re book a new appointment. The cost will still be due for the original booking

 

Children are not insured to be in the salon due to the amount of medical aparatus. Please arrange your appointments with this in mind (this does not include a child having a piercing with an appropriate adult)
